Tips For Machining Deep Holes In Cemented Carbide Drill Bit

             More and more machining workshop is replacing the deep hole with the whole cemented carbide bit. Some monolithic carbide bit manufacturers believe that the performance advantages of such drills are increasingly appealing to manufacturers who use guns to drill deep holes in their own lathes or subcontract deep hole processing tasks to gun drill workshops. However, the monolithic cemented carbide deep hole bit has some limitations compared with the gun drill, which is usually made of cemented carbide or hardened high speed steel, hardened blade and straight groove.
